Kendall Guitar Works generally builds instruments to order, and each takes several months to complete. We will estimate a delivery date at the time of the order.
For custom instruments, a deposit of $500 is required to hold a place in line. The balance is typically divided into thirds: the first payment is due when work has begun, the second payment is due after the wood-working is done, prior to finishing, and the final payment, plus shipping and taxes (if applicable), is due upon completion of the instrument. Payments on custom instruments are non-refundable after work has begun.
We are able to accommodate BMG or Burns conversions as our workload permits. Please enquire about the current schedule. A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to hold a place in line. The balance, plus taxes (if applicable), is due when the instrument is received by us, prior to the commencement of work.
Payments can be accepted via Interac eTransfer in Canada, or via PayPal.
