Instuments built by Kendall Guitar Works are warranted to be free from unanticipated defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.

During the warranty term, should your instrument exhibit an unanticipated defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair the defect or replace the affected parts, as deemed appropriate at our sole discretion.

This warranty covers the cost of labour and materials needed to remedy the unanticipated defect. It applies to the original owner only, and cannot be transferred or assigned.

BMG/Burns Special and BMG Super conversions are covered by the RSConversions Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

1. Shipping damage of any kind (must be covered by shipping insurance)
2. The cost of shipping the instrument for warranty repair
3. Anticipated defects (including, but not limited to, blemishes previously disclosed and agreed, defects induced for the purpose of prematurely ageing an instrument, and subsequent cracking and crazing in a Rustins Plastic Coating finish)
4. Damage due to misuse, negligence, accident, neglect, or climate, including extremes of heat or humidity
5. Normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, worn frets, string replacement, scratches and dents)
6. Modifications or adjustments performed by an unauthorized luthier
